CASology 5th Birthday Celebration blog hop!

Hello everyone!!

Drum roll please…

…It’s arrived!  CASology’s  5th Anniversary Blog Hop! Five whole years of amazing cues and weekly challenges! What an enormous achievement for Melissa and her team!! I feel enormously privileged to be included on this hop, and am grateful for the time I got to spend as part of this Challenge.

As this is most certainly a milestone celebration, could there be a better cue for this week?

I paired my balloons with a celebratory beverage…

…no, not champagne, the OTHER celebratory beverage! 😉

The balloon die-cuts and sentiment are from Clearly Besotted’s Let’s Party die collection and stamp set of the same name. The balloons are die-cut vellum and inked in orange. The STAMPlorations Coffee Happy mug has been paper-pieced using some vintage Basic Grey paper called ‘Nook and Pantry’. The balloon strings are hand-drawn. The whole image has been framed with some crazy double running stitches.

You don’t want to miss playing along this week, because there are HEAPS of prizes and lots of opportunities to win!

Details as follows:
  • To be eligible for the sponsor prizes, participants must comment on all stops included on the hop list.  The full hop list and prize list  can be found on the CASology blog.
  • Winners will be selected randomly using random.org.
  • To be eligible for the CASology prize, participants must comment on all stops included on the hop + link up a BALLOON themed card to the gallery.  Winner will be selected randomly using random.org.
  • Winners will be announced on Tuesday, August 1.

If you have been following the hop, you should have come to me via Joyce Mehrberg. If not, pop back and see her. 🙂 Next on the list is: Precious Remembrance Shop!

Don’t forget, you have until Monday, August 1 at noon CDT to get your entry in and visit all the blogs to be eligible for a prize.

  1. How fun! I’ve been meaning to create balloons from vellum for ages. I have vellum in different colours including rainbow colours. If only I remembered where I stored them…

  2. Very cute Hazel! That’s my kind of celebration – coffee and balloons! So glad you came back to celebrate CASology’s anniversary with us. Hope all is well. xo

  3. I’m so glad you hopped along with us, Haze! I love your vellum balloons and that fabulous BG paper!
