A Handmade Gift

Week 118 - HomePhew! Skidding in by the skin of my teeth!

This week’s CASology cue word made me think of ‘homespun’, so armed with kraft cardstock, twine and a simple staple, I came up with this:

Cardstock: Crumbcake; Night of Navy (SU) Stamp: Notions (WF) Ink: Versamark: Real Red; White Embossing Powder (SU) Other: Twine (American Crafts-Primio)

Waffle-Flower-Challenge-White-SpaceI love this sentiment, and with its subtle flourishes, stands alone as a work of art.

And as this sentiment comes from Waffle Flower’s beautiful Notions stamp set, I am linking this card to the Waffle Flower October/November 2014 Designer Challenge.

I hope you like it!
